Christian Brunner, born and raised in Austria, now lives with his family in Massachusetts. He is a Druid in the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids and has practiced this and other archaic, earth based spiritual paths for over four decades. A part of this calling is writing, where his mission is to bring traditions and lore from his small home country to the rest of the world.

As a Druid, he is also a celebrant, particualrly certified as a funeral officiant and a death midwife.

Christian is Vice President of Evaluation and Learning at FamilyAid, a Boston based non-profit helping homeless and at-risk families. He has been in the social service sector, particularly homelessness ever since he immigrated to the United States in 1997.
